Shipping + Returns

Currently, our product shipments are limited to addresses within the United States.  To optimize your shopping experience, we offer two exclusive delivery options.

• Complimentary Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, courtesy of Edonista. Anticipate a delivery time of approximately 5 to 7 business days.

• Expedited Delivery: You can opt for expedited delivery for a flat rate of $10, typically arriving within 2 to 4 business days.

*Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Any orders placed with a PO box address will regretfully be canceled.

RETURNS

We do hope you love our products but if for any reason, you choose to return your purchase, we gladly accept unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at info@edonistany.com within 7 days of your purchase.  

Please keep in mind:

• Shipping charges on returned items are at the customer’s expense.
• We are not responsible for return items lost in transportation.
• We highly recommend you keep proof of return postage.

If you ever receive a damaged item, simply email us proof of the damage, and we will expedite a replacement to you immediately. We do, however, require all damaged or faulty items to be returned to our studio for inspection. Please ensure that damaged items are unused and in their original packaging.
